1. What is your turnaround time? 
3-5 business days for our online collections, and 1 week for wholesale orders. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready, and after that it will be either shipped, or ready for pick-up. 
please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times vary between 1-4+ weeks. 
2. How do I get my order?  
We have a few options:
Canada-Wide Letter Mail is $3.50 -- this is untracked and is at buyers risk. 
Tracked shipping in Canada is $12.00
Free Local Pick-Up is in Azilda between the hours of 8-8 from Monday-Friday only. If you select local-pick up, a confirmation email with the address will automatically send. 
3. What's your Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our small shop, no refunds are permitted. However, if there is an issue with your accessory, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be sure to take care of your concern. 
4. Do you take custom orders? 
Due to the quantity of accessories and orders, we do not currently take custom orders. 
5. Are your bows available for wholesale?
They absolutely are! We are currently in boutiques nation-wide, and are always expanding. We love getting our product out to people all over the world! Send us an email at for more information and to receive a line sheet. 
6. I saw you donate a portion of proceeds to organizations. Which ones?
We choose a different organizations or initiative each season. In the past, we've supported many organizations, including the local Food Bank, Because I Am A Girl Campaign, a Therapy Fund for post-partum anxiety and depression, NEO Kids, and the CMHA. We've also done private donations to families in need.
